Job Overview and Responsibilities:
-Effective and accurate processing of customer orders including order encoding, tracking, and
coordinating to meet customer demands.
-Co-ordinates with planners and logistics to ensure product availability and timely shipment of
-Provide the customer with all relevant and requested information and document
-Solve daily operational issues to ensure general customer satisfaction.
-Maintain related master data in the SAP system.
-Record customer complaints in the CRM system and contribute to complaints resolution.
-Follow the planning of tolling business, including RM purchasing, production, delivery, and stock.
-Perform operation of the tolling orders as a back-office supply chain.
-Keep accurate records and reports.
-Grant efforts to the assigned KPI achievement.
-Establishes a pleasant and helpful window for customers to place orders.
-Other on-job tasks assigned
Education and Experience:
-Good ability to order management
-Knowledge of business and customer service
-Knowledge of Incoterms and customs
-Knowledge of Tolling business
-Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
-Be responsible, willing to work under pressure
-Be flexible with the ability to learn
-Good communication & coordination skills
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
-SAP knowledge (or other ERP system) is highly preferred
-Fluent in English speaking and writing
