Job Overview and Responsibilities:
  • Drive business requirements gathering and gap analysis by conducting workshops, assessment of operational processes and analyzing how these can be implemented within SAP
  • SAP Configuration of IM , WM modules, deliver functional design documentation, test plan, training material preparation and training the Key users/End users, coordinate UAT with SMEs
  • Participate in application design / configuration of  SAP mobile / scanner applications, deliver functional design documentation focusing on User experience, prepare test plan, training material preparation and training the Key Users
  • Influence stakeholders and drive the usage of SAP standard solutions instead of custom development.
  • Work with SAP developers implementing custom code solutions when necessary
  • Work with Infrastructure team to deliver mobile/scanner applications.


Education and Experience:
  • Due to ITAR regulations within our Aerospace business selected candidates must be a US Citizen
  • Three to five years of industry IT experience in SAP Inventory Management (IM) & Warehouse Management (WM).
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.  
  • Experience with SAP new implementation or roll-out projects as IM/WM consultant/resource.
  • Good understanding of the Inventory management process (integration with PU /PP / PM / QM / LE)
  • SAP Certification is a plus


Skills:
  • Strong Hands-on SAP configuration IT experience in SAP IM and WM modules is a must have.
  • Cross SAP module integration knowledge is required.
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving skills in diagnosing SAP configuration issues is highly desired.
  • Working experience in Chemical or Aerospace industry is a plus
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving and fast changing environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Applications.  
  • Travel up to 30% (domestic and International)
