Job Overview and Responsibilities

  • Design and build the email architecture and delivery services of MS-Exchange at Secure 24 (S24) for Composite Materials GBU according to regulation such as ITAR.
  • In charge to manage US regulation requirements such as ITAR, EAR, and NIST for Collaboration Services
  • Contribution to the team to operate, deliver and manage the Collaboration Services such as Google services at the global level for the 5 regions: incidents, changes, processes.
  • Maintain the continuous relationship with the IS regional delivery teams, especially the ones in North, Central and South America including CDM (CEM Defense Materials).
  • Ensure service continuity and guarantee the expected level of service: incident/complaint management, attend to region and site service reviews, meetings with RDM, BRM and GBUs/Functions representatives
  • Conduct communication with the regions on the service
  • Ensure continuous improvement and manage quality: action plan definition & follow-up, KPI follow-up
  • Manage the relationship and follow KPI/SLA with Secure 24 regarding the MS-Exchange service. Conduct regular meetings on the service.
  • Steer and contribute to projects including Acquisition & Divestiture
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new Google features and solutions of other providers in the scope of collaboration; design and build services. Stay updated on new capabilities and technologies

Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field and at least two years of industry experience.

  • Experience in MS-Exchange management
  • Experience in project/operations in IS Infrastructure
  • Experience in customer relationship
  • Experience in implementation of methods & processes




  • Strong knowledge in MS-Exchange

  • Process minded, in line with ITIL practices
  • Capacity to work in an international environment
  • Communication skills, good editorial, drafting, and communication ability
  • Ability to interact with senior managers

Additional Information

  • Must comply with US legislation regarding regulated data such as ITAR, EAR, and NIST which requires US citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Business travel requirement : 
    • Regular travels to American premises
    • Several intercontinental travels per year to EMEA
