Site HSE Manager

Job Overview and Responsibilities:
To manage some or all HSE disciplines in one or more than one site, to manage team(s) associated to these disciplines, and continuously improve HSE departmental performance.

Deployment of Group HSE policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Advice on compliance with HSE policies, regulations and legislation
  • Effective and efficient site HSE objectives, programs and tools
  • Relation with and acceptance by local communities
  • Audit and assessment reports of HSE matters
  • HSE investment proposal
  • Coordination on maturity level of site HSE management system
  • Internal & external HSER ommunication
  • Site presentation towards the community
  • Shared best practices
  • Incident analysis & reporting
Compliance with HSE policies, regulations and legislation with own perimeter.
  • Number of HSE incidents (absence of...)
  • Effective roll out of Group HSE programs and tools
  • Availability, roll pit and effectiveness of site-specific HSE programs and tools
  • Team performance
Maintain updated about and interpret relevant local, national and international HSE legislation and regulations
  • Keep updated about new developments within HSE domain, and evaluate their potential use in the own perimeter
  • Collect, study and document best practices within own field of expertise
  • Maintain updated knowledge of HSE aspects of the products and installation within own perimeter

Education and Experience:
Master degree preferred
3/5 years experience in similar position


Fluent in English
French is a plus
