Job Overview and Responsibilities:
- Assurer le traitement des commandes depuis la réception jusqu'à la livraison des produits et la facturation.
- Traiter les réclamations clients.
- Assurer la réception et le traitement de la demande en interne des questionnaires clients.
- Informer les clients sur les points pertinents afin d'assurer une satisfaction continue
- Garantir l'adéquation entre le carnet de commandes et les prévisions
- Etre capable de proposer des points d'amélioration de fonctionnement de l'équipe
- Assurer un soutien permanent dans la résolution des problèmes liés à l'administration des ventes, 

Education and Experience:
Master 1 ou 2 
(mission 2 ans & fréquence de présence en entreprise sur semaines complètes)

Anglais/Français courant 
Rigueur et sens de l'organisation, 
Bonne gestion du stress
Sens du service client 
Aptitude au management par projet, 
Aptitude à communiquer facilement 
Informatique: connaissance de SAP, Excel, (Sales Force serait un plus)
