Fluids Customer Projects Area Manager

Job Overview and Responsibilities

To define, manage and follow up R&D program/projects in Fluids area and to ensure the appropriate conditions to execute these projects, leading an R&D team and interacting with larger R&D organization.

HSE compliance and performance.
People Management and development: manage team of Project Leaders and Project Technicians  and define priority of resource allocation to meet projects' goals.
R&D Program Portfolio Management (RM) Management: manage shared techno-commercial roadmap with business and communication of program and projects therein. 
Deliver Development Projects (NPD and KST mainly) into differentiated products and solutions for our Customers, in strong collaboration with Business, to meet our Roadmap targets.

Education and Experience

Master’s Degree in Engineering/Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry; PhD is a plus


Strong Motivation

Focused and Goal-Oriented but at the same time Reflective and Strategic
Knowledge of fluorinated polymers (esp. PFPE) is a plus
Knowledge of coating and formulation is a plus

Fluent English with good communication skills

Additional Information

Willingness to travel (US, Asia, 20-30%) even with a short notice.
