Job Overview and Responsibilities:
- Support document control system for users to have latest version of documents
- Collect pertinent documents required for product certification
- Review certification requirements and collect/develop documents are required
- File certification hard copies and electronic copies
- Submit customer required information at time of shipment
- Perform related duties as defined to support product certification, document and record control
Actively support process, safety and quality improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain filing system and computer database for quality and related documents and records
Education and Experience:
- Minimum High School education
- Minimum two years’ work experience including one year experience with document control and process audit activities
Candidates are required to have/be:
Self-directed, the ability to work independently, and being highly-motivated;
Work to a deadline driven environment;
Quality of work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy since they come in contact with complex and sensitive documents.
Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot;
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are also essential due to regular communication with internal and external business partners.
Computer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office products. Also require experience with document control software, SharePoint, Google Drive;
Experience using a scanner and other office equipment
