Job Overview and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Support document control system  for users to have latest version of documents
  • Collect pertinent documents required for product certification
  • Review certification requirements and collect/develop documents are required
  • File certification hard copies and electronic copies
  • Submit customer required information at time of shipment
  • Perform related duties as defined to support product certification, document and record control
  • Actively support process, safety and quality improvement initiatives

  • Develop and maintain filing system and computer database for quality and related documents and records



Education and Experience:
  • Minimum High School education
  • Minimum two years’ work experience including one year experience with document control and process audit activities


Skills:

Candidates are required to have/be:

  • Self-directed, the ability to work independently, and being highly-motivated;

  • Work to a deadline driven environment;

  • Quality of work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy since they come in contact with complex and sensitive documents.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot;

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are also essential due to regular communication with internal and external business partners.

  • Computer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office products. Also require experience with document control software, SharePoint, Google Drive;

  • Experience using a scanner and other office equipment
