Continuous Improvement and Business Continuity Intern

Job Overview and Responsibilities:
Update and support managing Crisis Team
Support the updates of the Preventive Crisis Cell Team (Contacts for Crisis)
Support/ Update Distribution List and Triggering Forms
Conduct BCP Awareness:
Prepare Crisis Test Reports (whenever necessary)
Support the organization of Crisis Tests (Planning, Documentation, Execution)
Support on action plan execution following the tests
Support maintenance of BCP Documentation in general
Support BCP Projects (Mainly for knowledge transfer)
Continuous Improvement:
Participate on Continuous Improvement Meetings for support and reporting;
Support on Documentation simplification;
Support on technical trainings;
Support and reporting on Automation and RPA Initiatives happening in Curitiba SC;
Support the organization of events with Stakeholders;
Support on application of Lean Six Sigma Tools for the office environment
Participate on Continuous Improvment and Quality Network Meetings - as backup;
Support actions regarding ISO Certification (9001 and 27001) - If necessary

Education and Experience:
Going through college (Engineering, Business, Communications and similar degrees)

Advanced English
Advanced Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
