Job Overview and Responsibilities:

To manage and develop a SC Team of Accounts Receivable (AR) Representatives and/or Specialists on a day-to-day basis to ensure the correct application of receivables.

To ensure operations are performed on a timely basis according to SLAs, detailed procedures and respecting quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.

To identify any possible action to improve the own process in connection with the Operations Specialists and in collaboration with the Service Line and to perform AR operations.

To provide advice & technical expertise for solving escalated issues and perform complex (*) operations.

To strive automation and standardization of operations through continuous approach and methodology.




Education and Experience:

    Correct and timely production of required services

    Contractual KPI’s delivery

    Accurate application of instructions and Internal Controls

    Process improvements

    Updated and approved operating procedures

    Engagement and performance of the Unit and Team under his/her responsibility

    Training support, people development, coaching, and guidance of team members



    Skills:

    Fluent English
