This position, like the others in the Silica Plant, will require the job holder to do the following, with minimal or no direct supervision: Take initiative on a regular basis? Suggest and/or make improvements to quality, to the way the work is done, and to making Silica a good place to work? Help build and maintain a positive work environment? Continuously learn new things about the work, the products, the consumers, etc. This position comprises of, but is not limited, to the following dimensions: Safety; Teamwork; Communicate effectively with operational personnel and supervision to troubleshoot equipment problems.Education and Experience:
A test will be given to assist in determining the qualifications of candidates. A minimum score of 71% will be required to be considered for the position. High school diploma/GED and at least one-year of relevant experience is required.Skills:
