Solvay Business Services (SBS) is the Solvay Group's global service provider in Finance and Human resources End-to-End processes - alongside a highly qualified Information Services (IS) team of professionals.

SBS currently employs a team of about 2164 professionals worldwide, distributed in 107 sites and 33 countries. We are organized in a number of local-office satellites, coordinated by 4 regional offices of expertise (in Lyon, Cranbury, São Paulo, Singapore) providing global services from 3 integrated Service Centers in Lisbon, Curitiba and Bangkok. The SBS Lisbon Service Center currently employs about around 400 employees, working in an international environment where the official language is English and providing services in several other languages through a fully-integrated SAP-based system.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

This position is based in our Solvay Business Services offices in Carnaxide (Lisbon) and you'll report to the Service Center Team Leader.

 

Main mission:

  • Ensure communication between Procurement to Pay (PtP) Service Center and its stakeholders
  • Deliver day to day standardized answers to process requests
  • Keeping track of the data through adapted tools
  • Deliver top quartile first touch resolution via ERP
  • Troubleshooting capabilities

Main output:

  • Perform day to day operations via request handling
  • Voice support in requester language 
  • Solution to requests via ERP edition capabilities in SAP MM and FI modules
  • Time and accuracy
  • Quality Compliance

Education and Experience

  • Fluent in Dutch

  • Fluent in English

  • University degree is required

  • Can be a starter

  • Communication skills

  • Ability to assess and adequately respond to the  needs of the internal business partner and external customer/providers

  • We'll provide you initial SAP training
