Job Overview and Responsibilities:
The AM Sales & Marketing Analyst will be part of a dynamic, globally growing team of professionals working towards making Solvay the leading provider of Additive Manufacturing (AM) ready high-performance polymer material solutions. Part of his/her responsibilities will be to support the AM Marketing & eCommerce Manager in a variety of activities such as: - Support in project management and implementation in the field of open innovation and digital marketing 
- Collect, structure and analyze data (e.g. on markets, products) and synthesize them into an adequate format 
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success, analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization. 
- Various technical and non-technical reporting


Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree (completed or on-going) in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, Business Engineering, Management or Engineering with additional business focus 
- Ideally first successful experiences 


Skills:
- Be a highly motivated and fast-learning team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who shows initiative, flexibility, determination, and professionalism 
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including problem structuring and synthesis 
- Have demonstrated a strong ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural and international environment (through past internships and/or experiences abroad) 
- Strong affinity to Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
- Have strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written


Additional Information
A plus if he/she has experience with 3D printers, printing and working with CAD software and/or with Google Analytics
