HR IS Transversal & Project Manager

Job Overview and Responsibilities:
As an experienced technical expert, you will report to the IS HR Solutions Manager  and you will be in charge of the global architecture of the HR landscape. 
  • Responsible for the transversal technical support of the existing IS HR solutions related to one or several processes;
  • Be in charge of the tickets follow-up for evolutive or corrective maintenance
  • be in charge to coordinate the cloud releases tests with each domain leader. Depending of the cloud solution the frequency will be different.
  • Be able to scan the market to identify several solutions to meet our customer’s needs 
  • Be able to understand our customer’s business needs
  • be in charge of proposing, designing, building/developing and deploying IS HR solutions fulfilling requirements of our key stakeholders, HR and business partners;
  • participate to major IS HR transversal projects as well as contribute to continuous improvements of the current IS solutions;
  • Manage and/or coordinate projects for processes, HRIS system and system support initiatives.
  • Analyze and manage interfaces solutions to share data with other HR applications and systems
  • Communicate regularly with user community on projects, design changes and other initiatives impacting the user community
  • Coordinate and communicate system changes, required systems maintenance/downtime, changes in functionality, etc. to the HR operations team and other impacted teams


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor degree 
  • Minimum 15 years’ relevant working experience in IT architecture and recently on Cloud solutions for HR
  • Experience with Success factors
  • Experience with cloud solutions 


Skills:
  • Good knowledge of the Success Factors solution
  • Good knowledge of SAP HCM
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • Good knowledge of maintenance activities (tickets follow-up)
  • Fluent English
  • A good understanding of SAP SCPI and API management would be appreciated
  • Knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset
  • Knowledge of SABA and Avature cloud solutions is an asset
