Job Overview and Responsibilities

Within SBS, the trainee will support the Manager of the Treasury Service Unit (TSU):
 
• Support to TSU Manager in his daily tasks and management of the Department (28 persons, worldwide)
• Keep up-to-date Treasury Roles & Responsibilities of the team, procedure and operating manual
• Participate the production of TSU reporting, controlling and KPIs analysis
• Enforce compliance of Treasury operations with internal and external rules
 
and specifically will participate in the following projects:
 
• Bank Account Rationalization (Europe & WW)
                . opening bank accounts (KYC documents, contracts) & closing bank accounts (follow-up) + archiving
                . maintenance of bank account & POAs repository (VisualSign, eBAM)
• Treasury Management System implementation (FIS / Quantum)
                . ensure system is setup in line with user requirement (Blueprint)
                . test and document the main processes
. participate training of final users
• Support on other projects
. for instance, development of AODocs applications, user-rights admin & policy

Education and Experience

Last year students of Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or similar orientation
Ideally you will have previous experience in Treasury Department and familiar with Treasury IS Systems

Skills

Excellent knowledge on MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), Google applications and AODocs

Result oriented, curious, open minded, rigorous and team worker

Very good English level (written & spoken). Additional languages are an advantage

Entry level (0 to 2 years)
