Site HR Officer
Your job is to implement the company’s employment policies. You’re responsible for looking after our people by monitoring their career progression, as well as working with them on achieving training and development goals. In addition, you maintain positive professional relationships with our employees' representatives.
If you’re interested in this role you should come from an academic background in any number of higher education backgrounds but it would be preferable if you specialized in Labor Law.
You’ll be responsible for the administrative side of a specific HR process on a regional level. In your day-to-day you’ll handle issues such as pay, training, compensation and benefits. As a specialist, your role will have many sides to it. That’s why you could be working as a Pay Administrator, HR Administrative Technician or Employment & Training Officer.
If you’re interested in this role you should hold a higher education with a specialization in HR. You should also have some experience working in the field.
Regional HR Manager
You’ll bear responsibility for managing a group of managers within a given geographical region and you’ll act as a partner to senior managers in all aspects within your sphere of influence. These may involve things such as organizing recruitment, professional mobility, compensation and the personal growth of our employees.
If you’re interested in this role you should come from an academic background in Human Resources or Management and have at least some work experience in the field.
Your mission is to manage a specialized part of HR, providing yout expertise to internal customers in your field. That’s why if you want to work as an HR Expert you could be working as a Social Management Controller; Lawyer specializing in labor law; Retirement or Social Welfare Expert; Employment Data and Benchmarks Office; Recruitment Manager.
