Audit and Finance

Partner to line managers and the senior management, this function pilots the processes of forecasting, analyses and performance monitoring.

It develops in-house skills, on the one hand to provide the financial resources for the Group's on-going development by optimizing use of these resources, and on the other hand to manage financial risks and optimize the tax burden.

The function is ultimately responsible for the quality of financial reporting mechanisms in compliance with current regulations, and for the Group's credibility regarding its financial communications.

Internal Auditor

In this role, you’ll report on the quality of the management processes and internal control procedures. Additionally, it will be your responsibility for circulating and ensuring the correct application of the Group’s accounting standards. You’ll identify the major risks and work to guarantee that the Group’s accounting standards are understood and applied correctly. You’ll also check the reliability of the information we’ve gathered and recommend ways to improve on it in the future.

If you’re interested in this role you should come from an academic background in Finance, Management or Auditing.

Site Controller

Your mission is to check and verify the economic data gathered from the site and use it to prepare forecasts. You’ll then use the data to provide the site’s management team with reliable and relevant economic information that will empower their decision-making process, allowing them to improve productivity and competitiveness.

If you’re interested in this role you should come from an academic background in Finance, Management or Auditing.

Consolidator

You’ll draw up the Group’s financial statements in compliance with international accounting standards, analyzing and approving the consolidation reports issued by the legal departments. Others will rely on your contribution for the effective circulation of Group standards and procedures. Because of your expertise in the field, you’ll also advise our subsidiaries.

If you’re interested in this role you should come from an academic background in Business and hold a qualification in Finance, Management or Auditing.

Enterprise or Business Unit Management Controller

You’ll be the financial partner to the senior management team of the Business Unit. As such your role is all about analyzing and improving performance and results. You’ll coordinate short and long-term forecasting, challenge the teams to be better, all while consolidating sales and manufacturing forecasts.

It’s an important role, so you’ll need to be proficient in financial and cost accounting, as well in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

If you’re interested in this role you should come from an academic background in Business and have a qualification in Finance, Management or Auditing.
